Go to the ➕ Add Video tab and paste a YouTube or TikTok URL. The system will extract the transcript, analyze the hook, storytelling structure, and engagement tactics, then generate an adapted idea tailored to your style. Adapted ideas appear in the 💡 Ideas tab under "Inspiration Adapted."

The 🤖 AI Chat tab gives you a personal writing assistant that knows your profile, stories, CTAs, and memory blocks. Ask it to write scripts, brainstorm hooks, refine ideas, or generate content. Everything it writes is informed by your unique creator profile — the more profile data you add, the better the output.

The 🎬 Produce tab shows your weekly filming calendar with 3 default slots per day. Each slot represents one video to film. You can assign ideas to slots manually or use Auto-Fill. Slots sync with Google Tasks so you get reminders. Mark slots as filmed or posted to track progress.

Click the AUTO-FILL WEEK button on the Produce calendar. The AI looks at your available ideas (brainstorming status), your category frequency targets (e.g., "CTA daily, Personal 2x/week"), and intelligently assigns ideas to empty slots. It respects your category balance and avoids putting the same category on the same day twice.

Missed videos compound into the next day. If you skip Monday's 3 videos, Tuesday will show 6 slots (3 regular + 3 carried over with an ⚡ badge). This creates visibility into your backlog. You can also move individual slots to different days using the 📅 Move button.

Go to 👤 My Profile → Misc Memory tab. Click "+ New Memory Block" and give it a title (e.g., "Niches", "Achievements", "Channel Stats"). Add any reference info the AI should know. The AI automatically pulls from active memory blocks when writing scripts or chatting — no need to repeat yourself.

Categories organize your content types (e.g., CTA/Money Proof, Personal, Viral). Go to 👤 My Profile → Categories to rename, recolor, add, or remove categories. You can also set a frequency target per category (daily, 3x/week, weekly, etc.) which the Auto-Fill system uses to balance your content mix.

Go to 👤 My Profile → CTAs to manage your call-to-action rotation. Add multiple CTAs with different text. The AI will cycle through them when writing scripts so your content stays fresh. You can set CTAs as "use next", "available", or "skip" to control the rotation order.

When you remove a video from the production calendar, it moves to the "Drafted" section at the bottom of the 💡 Ideas page. Drafted ideas won't be re-assigned by Auto-Fill. From there you can re-schedule them, move them to Developing, or permanently delete them.
